For twenty minutes today, there was no honeymoon to lose weight for. There were nobody’s feelings to hurt. There were no walls to paint, no clothes to wash, no promotion to covet. There were no demons to run from, no papers to write, no friends to please. No wondering how it will all turn out. No looking just under the surface for the hidden meaning.
For twenty minutes today, it was just me and the music and a heart wide open to let it all in. Just keep letting it all rush and rush and rush on in.
